I bring my car to World Class Auto once a year.
Don has always been a gentleman and I will continue to bring my car in. I have never had a problem with a repair and, compared to MB dealers, they are more reasonably priced and don't try to push things on me that I don't need. An individual needs to know at least a little bit about vehicles not to be taken advantage of. I truly believe that Don/Rob wouldn't take advantage of you even if you don't know anything about vehicles.
Only thing that bothers me is that they have a gravel lot and my car is always a mess when I come to pick it up. I wish they would wash my car before returning it to me.
Definitely recommend this workshop. They won't rip you off like the dealership. Did my service B and only cost me around $250 excluding oil and oil filter.
Thank you for your business. We are happy that you are happy and look forward to seeing you again. Thanks for the good review.
Not trustworthy at all. I had my B200 serviced at World Class Auto in Feb 2013 and paid $550 for the service A and spark plug change.
My next service was reset to service F and another 15,000 kms. On a recent check only after 7,000 kms I had a look at my engine oil that was put in my car and found it completely blackened out. Now this is not a typical behavior of synthetic oil and I checked with my mechanic friend and found out they put regular oil in the car instead of synthetic which it is supposed to and only synthetic oil can run for 15,000 kms. Now I have doubts what quality of spark plugs these guys put on, if they even changed it. I would not recommend those guys to anyone, infact would like everyone to be aware of people with no work ethic.
We are sorry that you feel you did not receive good value for your money.I assure you that all of the correct fluids and parts were used on your B200.We use only Mobil One synthetic oil as recommended by Mercedes-Benz.
