I have had my Smart car in for diagnostics on a persistent problem of my car failing to go into forward gear at the most inopportune times.

I have had other shops try and solve the issue without success. After reading the Mikasa reviews I decided to try them. Jeremy, one of the mechanics solved my problem which happened to be bare wires in a very hard place to get at.

I was very pleased with the knowledgable, courteous ladies at Customer Service and that Jeremy personally contacted me at my request to go over how the problem was resolved. I have already advised one of my friends that uses a Smart Car for his business about the Mikasa Performance and he advises he will be using this business as well. Thank you Mikasa staff for a job well done.
