By far the most attentive and caring shop I’ve ever been to. We were dealing with a very annoying dash error/malfunction that no one else could solve or properly diagnose (after we switched our Sprinter bench seat with a single swivel seat), and these guys just wouldn’t give up. Literally everyone we’ve met there was so genuinely nice, caring and also loved our dog each time we walked in. Sat, at the front desk was also just the best! I can’t say enough good things about the quality and service of this place. Even if it’s out of your way, you should know they’ll take care of whatever the issue is! Matt, the mechanic who eventually solved our problem was the most dedicated mechanic I’ve ever met. You could see that he just can’t give up until he works the problem out. I’d give it 6 stars if I could.
We'll see how things turn out. For now it seems they've fixed a problem the previous company could not; even after 3 appts. Service was good, prices were reasonable, so I'm quite pleased and I would recommend Precision. To my surprise, I would have thought they would have washed my vehicle; like others do. Maybe a courtesy they would consider adding.
