Andy and Clay are absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure the best possible service. In this dangerous winter weather, Andy and Clay did an amazing job with my car to ensure my safety, as well as the safety of others on the road when they fixed my drive shaft. They offered to pick up my car as well as drive it back to me, and they were extremely speedy and thorough in the work that they did. Amazing guy! I went to him to get my breaks done he was talkative in a good way, not like he talked and didn't work. He didn't tell me to shut up when I would interrupted him sometimes to say a few things and he was cool. I forget his name but I'd go back to these guys if i need anything done. And oh I will need something done soon, so I will be seeing them pretty soon. Doesn't treat you like another car, they appreciate all their customers and they have a passion for doing what they are doing. For them it's not another that they wake up like other mechanic shops that don't even care about you.

Returning customer. I brought in my G35 for a major drivetrain service. Joe and the team discussed the work before hand, and we're well prepared for the service. The team replaced the clutch and associated parts, and also issued an inspection report on the vehicle health. Great atmosphere, detailed quotation process. Redline worked on my GLC and wow, what a great experience -smooth right from the start - very friendly, great communication/responsiveness, started working on my car right at my appointment time, finished in the expected time frame, and received my car back in the expected time frame. No pressure service was a big deal for me, too. For context, I had an oil change and all breaks done, I also received a complimentary full inspection. Will definitely be going back for future services.
Was referred here by Canadian Tire twice. This was a great experience. Brought in a 2015 BMW X5 and they handled it well. Very quick communications and a nice software to show me exactly all diagnostics and pictures. They shuttled me to my house and back twice. And when I cancelled a second job which would’ve made them plenty of money, they kindly returned what I had pre-paid within minutes of my request. Thanks to this behaviour, I am going to return to them and refer a few friends with high end vehicles as well. These guys are professional. They have a big client base (constantly busy parking lot). Would recommend.

Third time bringing my vehicle (AMG GLE 53) for different maintenance and they have delivered on time with exact costs from their quotation. The service advisors are knowledgeable and friendly and all 3 times the vehicle was completed satisfactorily. The best feature though is that their shop rates are significantly lower than an OEM shop so if you are looking for good service and want to spend less in doing so, I recommend Redline. I had a decent amount of work that needed to be done on my car. General wear-and-tear after 15 years of light use. The guys knew exactly what was wrong and needed to be done after listening to my concerns and looking at it up on the lift. Perfect replacement and custom work to make it all happen after having trouble sourcing parts.
