Excellent service. I took my car into Mercedes Benz on Boundary Road in Burnaby twice because my rear brake calipers were sticking and I had a noise coming from the left front suspension. The first time Mercedes said my brakes were OK and charged me $300 for the inspection. Two weeks later, my brakes were smoking again. So I took it back to Mercedes and they charged me another $300 and said the calipers were shot and I needed new ones. They quoted me $2,000 for a rear brake job. When I asked them about the noise in the front suspension, they said they couldn't really locate the source of the noise, and because my car has 155,000 kilometers, my suspension is worn out. They said the only sure way to eliminate the noise was to replace the front suspension ( on both sides) at a cost of another $2,000. I told them I would pass.
I went online and Juan's European Car Service in Richmond had excellent reviews so I thought I would give them a try. I called and the receptionist was very friendly and I made an appointment. I took my car in and Juan took it out for a test drive. Long story short. Juan showed me what was making the noise in the suspension, ( my front sway bar bushings and sway bar links were worn out and charged me $183 parts and labour to replace them.) I also got all brand new rear calipers, discs and pads installed. Total bill for eveything was $1,253 including the suspension v.s. $4,000 at Mercedes Benz in Burnaby. I saved $2,750! The car drives like new! Thanks Juan!
