  • Had brought my car to the Mercedes dealership for a service, this was right when my warranty ran out. My heater was already broken so I had them fix that, cost me about $600.

When I brought my car in they told me I needed a new battery and my transfer case was leaking and needed to be replaced. I asked them how much and they quoted me about $3600 for everything.

I was shocked as this happens to be right when my warranty ran out. Luckily I shopped around and found Norwescan! Victoria was very helpful and honest, she not only troubleshooted what was wrong with my car. But she also found out it wasn't my transfer case at all and it was something else.

Also instead of a $400 battery, she found me one for just under $200, all in all the whole bill was just under $700 What a SAVINGS! Would recommend them to any Mercedes Owner! Thanks Victoria!

  • I had a check engine light on my Mercedes that I needed to look into. I had called several Mercedes repair shops as well as the Mercedes dealership. Most repair shops couldn't even help as they couldn't service Mercedes and the Mercedes dealership charged over $200 just to do a diagnostic to find out what the problem might be. After calling around, most places told me that I was probably looking at over $3000 of repairs. I came across Norwescan from a friend's recommendation and after calling the owner there, she asked me to come in for a free diagnostic to find out what might be wrong. After doing the diagnostic she recommended some repairs to address the check engine light. She also fit me in for an appointment quickly as she was worried waiting might make the problems worse. At the end of it all, the repairs ended up costing less than a third of what all the other shops quoted me. Service was fantastic and quick. Victoria (owner) was very helpful and honest. I also ended up getting my servicing here which was less than half of what Mercedes charges.

I have an older AMG and thus was particular with choosing the shop for my repair. After researching around many shops in the GVA, I chose Norwescan as my shop. Very knowledgeable, cuts through the chase and most importantly gets the job done.

Highly recommended and ensure to book ahead in advance!

Was surprising my wife with a car for her birthday. Victoria and her team took it with no noticed and fix it... They really know their stuff. Very Highly recomemed them. Mark

Victoria Chan, the owner, really knows Mercedes. I have a 1989 560SEC and her team keeps it humming. Repaired my front suspension earlier this year. A great job and better pricing than I had received elsewhere.
